萝卜丝虾皮香酥春卷 - 容易做, 味道香

自制春卷皮更加香酥

主料:

白萝卜1磅

盐 3/4小勺

配料

虾皮2大勺

糖1小勺

香油1小勺

辣油1小勺 (我用了自制油泼辣子)

熟芝麻1大勺

葱花2大勺

炸猪皮碎2大勺(可省)

做法

  1. 白萝卜一磅,搓成丝,加盐 3/4小勺,腌5-10分钟。 挤干水分。

  2. 将所有的配料加入萝卜丝中,拌匀。

  3. 包入春卷皮。

  4. 炸春卷。
